Shipping Policy

Your package will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of placing your order (excluding holidays), unless your order is placed when we are closed. In that case, your order will be shipped when I Am Chic Hair re-opens.

Once shipped, you will receive an email from the US Postal Office, UPS,  or FedEx.  That email will include your tracking number and anticipated delivery date. Please be sure to check your inbox AND your spam folder for your tracking number. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. Please double and triple check your email address.

You will typically receive your package 3-5 business days from the day your order is shipped, except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer. With standard Post Office or UPS shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date. You will receive an email notification from the Post Office or UPS indicating your expected delivery date. Please plan accordingly and place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your hair appointment.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds. However, as an alternative we do offer exchanges.

If there has been an error on the part of I Am Chic Hair, we will provide an exchange on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products or extensions.

Outside of this, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.


All exchanges must occur within 7 days of you receiving the hair. No exceptions. Do not remove the rubber bands from the hair. If rubber bands are removed, all exchanges will be void and not accepted. 

Coloring, chemical alterations, or any modifications will make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any hair that has been installed, colored, washed, brushed, bleached, dyed, combed, or cut. 

Inspect the hair WITHOUT unwrapping or running fingers through the bundles to ensure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it is determined that I Am Chic Hair is at fault, we will exchange at no additional cost to the customer.

Email your exchange request and then mail your unwanted products to I Am Chic Hair in the original packaging, in resell-able condition, with a copy of your written exchange request.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange.

All items purchased on sale are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
