Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and typically between 3-5 business days for delivery of your order via USPS Priority Mail (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be mindful of potential shipping delays due to COVID. Signature is required upon receipt of package. We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Tracking information and updates for all orders will be provided via email provided by you. Please double and triple check your email address.
Bundle Deals & Ready To Wear Wigs : Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds.
Lost/Stolen Package: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
